This page is a forecasting tool for vendors to anticipate and prepare for upcoming bids. Current State of Michigan open bids are posted on the SIGMA Vender Self Service (VSS) system.
Go to SIGMA VSSThe Vendor Opportunity Dashboard displays the State of Michigan's active and planned procurement projects. Interested vendors can use this dashboard to research and anticipate upcoming opportunities to bid on projects. The dashboard updates every Monday.
The Vendor Opportunity Dashboard may not include all opportunities available to the vendor community. Vendors should always ensure they are registered for all relevant categories and regularly review opportunities in the State’s bidding system, SIGMA VSS. For more info on how to register and bid on projects review the Register As A Vendor page.
Search, Sorting & Filters: You can use the search box and filter tools at the top of the dashboard to Search by Project Description and filter by Estimated Post Date and Sourcing Category. Dashboard columns are also sortable and include info for if contracts will be Statewide, for Multiple agency use, or for a specific agency. Buyer contact info is provided on each line if you have any questions.
Understanding Project Dates: Projects on the dashboard include the year and month when available. These dates are estimates only; the project may be posted in the month prior or the next consecutive month. Some planned projects will have no listed date. These projects are listed to provide the vendor community transparency into identified new bids and planned re-bids. Planned project dates populate when the State is actively developing a solicitation.
Rebids and Current Contracts: When selecting and highlighting a project in the dashboard, projects with the status “re-bid” will populate a link to the State’s current contract in the “Link to Current Contracts” section at the bottom of the dashboard.
