The SUITE Templates use 'Hidden Text' to provide document-specified instructions. To view these instructions, follow the below steps:

  • Open the Word document in which you want to enable hidden text.
  • Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
  • Click on "Options" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
  • In the Word Options window that appears, click on "Display" in the left-hand menu.
  • In the "Always show these formatting marks on the screen" section, check the box next to "Hidden text".
  • Click "OK" to save the changes and close the Word Options window.

Once you have enabled hidden text, any text that has been formatted as hidden will become visible in the document. To hide the text again, simply uncheck the "Hidden text" box in the Word Options window.
