About SUITE

The purpose of SUITE is to ensure consistent process usage in project management throughout the State of Michigan.  SUITE is based on industry best practices and provides guidance for the entire project life cycle.  This includes following recognized methodologies - Project, Program and Portfolio Management (3PMM), Systems Engineering (SEM) and Investment Management (IMM).
 
The overall goal of SUITE is to integrate the 3PMM, SEM, IMM, and Process Management into unified, understandable, and agreed upon guidance for the delivery of successful Information Technology (IT) project outcomes and to achieve business objectives.

Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Quarterly Report

The quarterly report is a quick glimpse of State of Michigan project metrics for members of the legislative branch with quarterly updates on Active and Completed IT projects. The metrics consist of customer satisfaction scores, project budget and cost reporting, and Product and Process Quality Assurance (PPQA) compliance scores. Information on project change requests is also available.

Information Technology Investment Fund (ITIF) Portfolio Report

For Fiscal Year 2022, the Legislature appropriated $50 million dollars for IT investment. These funds were targeted in recognition of the critical role that IT plays in the delivery of services to citizens, public and private organizations, and State employees.
