Freedom of Information (FOIA) Request for Contract Information

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) allows any person to inspect or receive a copy of a public record. The documents DTMB Central Procurement issues or receives in soliciting, evaluating, and awarding procurements are available to the public after the contract has been awarded. 

FOIA requests must be made in writing and can be hand-delivered, emailed, faxed, or mailed. You may use the following form when making a request.
