Sale of the Former Senate Office (Farnum) Building

APRIL 2, 2018 UPDATE: Initially scheduled site tours for prospective bidders have been held. However, a new opportunity to tour the Farnum Building has been set for Wednesday, April 4, 2018 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Parties interested in participating in that tour should contact the Farnum Building Project Manager via e-mail at DTMB-RealEstate@michigan.gov or via telephone at 517-284-7930 to obtain a tour liability waiver form. Completion of the form is required to participate on the tour. Additional tours may still be scheduled given sufficient interest received vis the e-mail address or telephone number above. Notices of additional opportunities to tour the Farnum Building will also be posted here.
