In this program, participants learn practical tools and approaches to reduce communication breakdowns, strengthen trust, and create more open, effective collaboration in their day-to-day work. As a result of this program, attendees will:

  • Explore benefits of formal, informal, and open communication at work
  • Reflect on practical communication strategies for building team cohesion and trust
  • Build confidence for having difficult conversations
