The following table identifies the required fields, positions, and formatting requirements for court information within each EDP detail record.

Court Code Rules

  • Refer to Court Code Guide on website 2026 Court Codes
  • Left Justify
  • No hyphens
  • Max 4 characters / Minimum 2 characters / Examples: 05, 45B, 41A1
  • Use space to separate court number from single-digit branch number / Examples: 67 4, 42 2, 08 1
  • Always enter 01 when Court Type is “P” (Probate)
  • Court code (B): Bankruptcy Garnishment must be submitted on Paper
