- DTMB's Client Service Center maintained a 97% customer satisfaction rating for their services throughout 2022.

Return to office success
DTMB's Field Services handled over 33,700 machine installations, transfers, and moves and completed nearly 22,000 repairs as state employees returned to the office following the COVID-19 pandemic. The team's efforts were critical to the successful transition.
Making state government energy efficient
The DTMB State Facilities Administration team executed utility agreements with the Lansing Board of Water and Light, Consumers Energy, and DTE to utilize 100% renewable energy by 2024 for all 40 DTMB-managed facilities.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion
The DTMB DEI Committee launched two employee resource groups to offer opportunities to network internally, attract a diverse employee base, provide ideas and solutions, and create opportunities for informal mentoring and professional development.
Documents on demand
The DTMB Enterprise Content Management team added nearly 60 million documents to the FileNet repository in FY 2022. Thanks to their efforts, nearly one billion safe, secure documents are now available on demand to state agencies.
It's in the mail
In FY 2022, DTMB's Print & Mail Management team saved state agencies $7.7 million by presorting first class U.S. mail. This team also shipped over 2.4 million antigen test kits to assist the State Public Health Lab with COVID-19 testing in Michigan nursing homes.
Website modernization
DTMB's eMichigan team collaborated with state agencies to migrate all 115 Michigan.gov websites to a new content management system, offering modern capabilities to the state's website administrators and replacing a 20 year old system.
Increased participation in MiDEAL
For the sixth straight year, DTMB Procurement's MiDEAL program has increased membership and now includes 1,350 local governments and organizations. Members of the MIDEAL program can take advantage of the buying power of State of Michigan contracts, saving time and money.
2022 Michigan Cyber Summit
2022 saw the in-person return of the Michigan Cyber Summit in October. The sold-out event had over 750 attendees and included national cybersecurity leaders from government, academia, and business.
Payment upgrade
The DTMB Agency Services team supporting the Michigan Department of State (MDOS) modernized the payment processing platform, replacing 800 card readers and offering additional payment options, such as chip capabilities, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. The updates allow MDOS to more easily and efficiently accept approximately $3 billion in payments each year.
