DTMB's Client Service Center receives HDI Support Center recertification

DTMB's Client Service Center (CSC) retained its HDI Support Center Certification in June. The certification must be renewed every two years, and the CSC was required to demonstrate further growth from last audit review. The CSC achieved an overall rating of 3.5 out of 4.0, surpassing its previous overall rating of 3.0.

The multiday audit review occurred in May, with findings released in June. The audit identified the CSC as being adaptive to fluctuations in services; providing quality customer service to state employees; encouraging positive culture and collaboration; providing staff development options and career pathways, proper process and procedure documentation; and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder engagement.

The HDI Support Center Certification is an internationally recognized standard in IT support. Organizations that receive certification have proven operational efficiencies and best practices in IT support.
