Registration is now open for the 2026 Michigan Cyber Summit and High School Cyber Summit. Michigan is recognized as a national leader in cybersecurity, and the cyber summits serve as an annual platform for regional, national, and international thought leadership and education.
The 15th annual Michigan Cyber Summit will be held Thursday, Oct. 15 at the Vibe Collection Showplace in Novi. Cybersecurity experts from across the country will explore the strategies, technologies, and partnerships that are keeping Michigan at the forefront of cyber defense.
The event is open to the public and will feature information for businesses professionals, educators, law enforcement, and government officials. The agenda will feature renowned keynote speakers and panelists, as well as experts from across the country to lead breakout sessions on a variety of key cybersecurity topics. Tickets for the Michigan Cyber Summit can be purchased at the summit’s official website.
On Wednesday, Oct. 14, DTMB will host the fourth annual Michigan High School Cyber Summit at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi. The event will bring together hundreds of high school students from across the state to take part in a half-day agenda created to educate them on cybersecurity trends and best practices and showcase a variety of career opportunities available in cybersecurity.
As part of the summit, students will have the opportunity to compete in a hands-on Capture The Flag (CTF) challenge powered by Hack The Box. The competition will begin Oct. 5 and end Oct. 12.
Participants will work through interactive cybersecurity challenges, solve problems, uncover flags, and experience what it’s like to think like a cybersecurity professional.
