Program description
MCTI’s Culinary Arts Program operates the Pine Cove Restaurant on campus. Students gain experience in the restaurant setting and work in the school cafeteria, where they learn large-quantity food preparation, breakfast cookery, and serving. The program offers the required classes for ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Allergen certificates.

Job outlook
Job opportunities increase after completion of training. Starting pay may range from the current minimum wage to a higher amount depending on the location of the job.
