NEW: Health Care Services Fee Schedule, Rules and Manuals effective October 12, 2023.
Effective May 1, 2022, the Traverse City hearing site moved to the Michigan Works! office located at 1209 S. Garfield Avenue, Traverse City, MI 49686.
Effective immediately, masks are NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry at all hearing sites and state facilities. The COVID-19 Visitor Alert provides further guidance.
CMS published updated guidelines for use of non-CMS products for future medical in the Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-Aside Arrangement Reference Guide.
Michigan's injured workers and their employers are governed by the Workers' Disability Compensation Act. This Act was first adopted in 1912 and provides compensation to workers who suffer an injury on the job and protects employers' liability. The mission of the Workers' Disability Compensation Agency is to efficiently administer the Act and provide prompt, courteous and impartial service to all customers.
