The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development is seeking requests for the following:
State Apprenticeship Expansion (SAE) 2025 Request for Proposals (RFP)
SAE 2025 will prioritize already approved USDOL Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP) and address talent shortages in critical non-infrastructure occupations.
Priority will be given to proposals that serve critical non-infrastructure occupations in the following sectors: Educational Services, Health and Human Services, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Successful respondents will already sponsor or partner with current sponsors of USDOL RAPs, already register a significant number of Registered Apprentices in USDOL RAPs. Respondents will demonstrate prior grant program success, a strong history of performance, effective utilization of grant funds, and expertise entering participant data into the Apprenticeship Program within the One Stop Management Information System.

2025 Section 107a Adult Education Innovation Program Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development (LEO-WD) is pleased to announce the release of a second round of Request for Proposals (RFP) to support innovative approaches that lead to increased participant enrollment, retention, and completion of adult education programming.
