Michigan Maritime Manufacturing (M3) Initiative. The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity Office of Employment & Training (LEO-E&T) is soliciting proposals from eligible community colleges to administer and deliver programming under the Michigan Maritime Manufacturing (M3) Initiative.

Submission deadline: Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 9, 2026.
