The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development is seeking requests for the following:
Michigan 23+ Program Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Section 710 of Public Act 22 of 2025 appropriated $2 million in state funding to support a program that assists adults 23 years of age or older with obtaining a high school diploma and placement in career training programs.
Eligible program providers may include public, nonprofit, or private accredited diploma-granting institutions that have not less than two years of experience providing dropout recovery services in Michigan.
Application deadline: Responses are due by 5 p.m. EST on Friday, December 5, 2025.
