Paying online is quick, easy, secure, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This secure website allows you to pay your citation penalties using an electronic check (eCheck) or your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, credit or debit card.
Only those penalties that have received a final determination (final order of the board) will have an online payment option available. This means that if your inspection is still in any stage of appeal, payment cannot be made.
This new feature will require that you have your inspection number, which can be located on the first page of your Citation Packet.
It is recommended that you preserve your Transaction Receipt after any payment. This online service is a payment site only and will not display payment history. If you have questions regarding your payment history, please call 517-284-7750 for General Industry Safety and Health Division citation payments or 517-284-7680 for Construction Safety and Health Division citation payments.
Please note that those paying by credit card will be assessed a 2.5% transaction fee, based on the total proposed penalty amount.
