Due to heavy call volumes, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays, callers may experience long wait times. We recommend to call later in the week when wait times are typically shorter.
Call 1-866-500-0017, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to speak to an agent or representative.
If you need a Spanish or Arabic speaking representative, wait until you hear the option in Spanish or Arabic. For all other languages, the customer service representative will connect you to a translator for assistance.

For Employers: Office of Employer Ombudsman (OEO)
OEO answers employer questions about benefits eligibility, protests and appeals, employer accounts and other general unemployment and tax-related questions.
Call the Office of Employer Ombudsman: 1-855-484-2636, Option 4, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m or send a message or inquiry through MiWAM. From your account home page, click "I want to..." and then click "Send Unemployment a message."

Bankruptcy and Friend of the Court
If you have filed for bankruptcy or have questions about your Friend of the Court payments, contact the Bankruptcy and FOC Unit at 1-866-500-0017 (TTY customers use 1-866-366-0004).
