Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) 2022 Unified State Plan Mid-Cycle Modification and Approved Waivers
For current Unified State Plans, mid-cycle modifications to such plans are required at the end of the first two-year period of any four-year Unified State Plan. On June 8, 2022, the U.S. Department of Labor approved Michigan’s Program Year (PY) 2022 WIOA Unified State Plan Mid-Cycle Modification, submitted on March 2, 2022. The State plan is valid through June 30, 2024.
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) 2020-2023 Unified State Plan and Approved Waivers
On June 23, 2020 the U.S. Department of Labor approved Michigan’s Program Year (PY) 2020 WIOA Unified State Plan, submitted on March 31, 2020. The State plan is valid through June 30, 2024.
