Title VI Nondiscrimination
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d), related Nondiscrimination authorities provide that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disabilities including income-level and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal funds.
