Traffic Crash Statistics
The Michigan State Police - Crash Reports & Statistics
By law, all law enforcement agencies in the State of Michigan are required to submit qualifying crash reports (UD-10) to the Michigan State Police.
The Traffic Crash Reporting System (TCRS), maintained by the MSP Traffic Crash Reporting Unit, serves as the central repository for all traffic crash data for the State of Michigan.
Data and statistics can also be accessed through the Michigan Crash Analysis Tool (Mi-CAT) database. This application is available to law enforcement officials and approved non-law enforcement agencies. To learn more about this application, click HERE.
