Public Assistance Grants Program
The Public Assistance Grant Program provides supplemental disaster grant assistance to government organizations and certain private nonprofit (PNP) organizations for debris removal, life-saving emergency protective measures, and the repair, replacement, or restoration of disaster-damaged publicly-owned facilities, and the facilities of certain PNP organizations following a presidential disaster declaration. The federal share of assistance is not less than 75 percent of the eligible cost.
To facilitate the processing of PA funding, Emergency work is separated into two categories (A-B) and Permanent Work is separated into five categories (C-G) based on general types of facilities.

F - Utilities
G - Parks, recreation, and other facilities
