LEIN/SSA Death Record Match Reports

NOTE:  On September 30, 2018, monthly LEIN Validation Reports and LEIN/SSA Death Record Match Reports will be permanently removed from the LEIN website.  Effective Monday, October 1, 2018, all agencies must access these reports through the CJIC Reporter application.

This report provides a comparison, or match, of person records entered by a specific agency into LEIN, with the United States Social Security Administration's Death Master file. The subjects of the records contained in this report may be deceased. As a courtesy, this report is provided to all authorized LEIN user agencies on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, and October) on the first day of the month. This is not a cumulative report. Each new quarterly report will contain matches of subjects that have died since the previous report.
