September 2020 update: EGLE, Revere enter Administrative Consent Agreement

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy has reached an Administrative Consent Agreement with Revere Dock, LLC over violations related to the November 2019 dock and aggregate collapse into the Detroit River.

Revere will pay a fine as well as move forward on its remediation and rebuilding plan.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) maintained a webpage with updates on the situation. Activities at this site have concluded, therefore updates are no longer available.
