Current rulemaking

  • On December 12, 2024, the Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (MOAHR) approved EGLE’s Request for Rulemaking (RFR) for 2024-52 EQ. The RFR was then forwarded to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) and the EGLE Director. In accordance with PA 9 of 2024 and Executive Order 2024-05, Section 6(b), the EGLE Director determined he should have no further oversight of the rule set.
