Dow Silicones Corporation License and Renewal Information

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Materials Management Division (MMD), issued a renewal hazardous waste management facility operating license to Dow Silicones Corporation (DSC) on September 29, 2023, following a comprehensive regulatory review and public comment process. 

The license authorizes the continued operation of DSC’s hazardous waste storage and disposal facility at 3901 South Saginaw Road in Midland, Michigan. The License will expire ten years from the date of issuance.
