Hazardous Waste Biennial Report for Hazardous Waste Large Quantity Generators and Permitted and Interim Status Treatment, Storage, or Disposal Facilities

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy requires hazardous waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSD), and Large Quantity Generators (LQG) of hazardous waste, to submit a biennial report by March 1 of each even numbered year.
