The Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), in partnership with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) would like to announce the release of How's My Waterway. How's My Waterway replaces Michigan's Surface Water Information Management (MiSWIM) System, opening access to more current statewide, as well as nationwide, water quality monitoring data.
Users of How's My Waterway will have access to nationwide water quality monitoring data, as well as up to date 305(b) and 303(d) designated use support information. Search on the Community, State, or National level to see data corresponding to fish consumption, swimming/recreation, as well as drinking water.
