Registration Now Open for the Women in Law Enforcement Conference 2026
Theme: Courage & Compassion
The Michigan State Police is proud to host the 2026 Michigan Women in Law Enforcement Conference on March 16 - 17, 2026 in Grand Rapids!
Join us for this two-day conference to hear dynamic speakers and law enforcement professionals share their expertise, insights, and stories of Courage & Compassion in policing. We will have engaging presentations that inspire, educate, and empower women in all law enforcement capacities across four key tracks:
- Courageous Conversations & Change - exploring difficult but necessary dialogues that drive progress
- Community & Trust - focusing on building stronger, more inclusive relationships with the public
- Wellness & Empowerment - addressing mental, physical, and emotional well-being in a demanding profession
- Leadership & Resilience - highlighting strategies for career advancement, overcoming adversity, and leading with integrity.
Registration is now open until 5 p.m. on March 1.
Price per attendee is $325 and increased to $425 after February 1.

To register for the 2026 Women in Law Enforcement Conference, visit the Professional Development Learning Center (PDLC). Non-MSP personnel can review instructions on creating an account in the PDLC to register for this conference. There may be up to a 72-hour waiting period for new accounts to be approved. Once approved, log in to generate your account. You may have to wait 15 minutes before the payment system updates account information so registration payment can be entered.
The PDLC is accessed through MiLogin.
