MiLogin and PDLC Instructions

Enter your email address and select 'I’m not a robot'.

A passcode will be sent to that email address.

• Enter the passcode.
• Select Next Step.

Enter your first name, middle initial, and last name.

• Click on Agree to Terms & Conditions.
• Click Next Step.

Enter your work or business number and click Next Step. 

You will immediately receive a call with a passcode to enter. Enter the passcode on the next screen.  

You will then create your User ID.

Required is last name, first initial, and then four numbers of your choosing (username is not email address). 

Choose a password and confirm it by typing it in both places.

Then, check your email to receive your MiLogin account approval. Make sure you have logged out of MiLogin. Then follow the steps below to request access to the MSP Professional Development Learning Center.

To request access to the PDLC, log back into MiLogin for Business. Go to Discover Online Services and click on Find Services. 

In the Search for Services box, type MSP Professional Development Learning Center, then Request Access. 

MSP System Admins will review your request (this may take up to 48 hours during normal business or 72 hours during weekends and holidays). Once your request is approved, you will see the application on the MiLogin home page dashboard.

1. Login to MiLogin for Business. 
2. Choose MSP Professional Development Learning Center button to launch.
3. Agree to Terms and Conditions and click on Launch Service. You will be prompted for multi-factor authentication (MFA) and to select a verification method. Choose text or phone call method. For security, MFA is required each time you login to a browser within 24 hours. 
4. After MFA authentication, you will be logged in to the MSP Professional Development Learning Center.

When users receive their initial accounts, they must first log into the MSP PDLC system and wait at least 15 minutes before registering for a paid course. Note that this delay only applies to the user's first paid registration. Once a successful paid registration is completed, future registrations will not experience this delay.
