Mission Statement: To support and enhance Michigan's homeland security, community health, public safety, and an all hazard preparedness with responsible leadership and planning. To reduce, prevent, and prepare for emergencies or disasters.

The MCCERCC was created by Executive Order 2007-18 , signed by Governor Jennifer M. Granholm.

Meeting Schedule 

Unless otherwise noted, the Council will hold its regular meetings at the Michigan State Police Headquarters, 7150 Harris Drive, Dimondale, Michigan on the following dates from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
