Requests for Proposals

General Requirements

Requests for proposals awarded on the behalf of the Office of Highway Safety Planning are issued on a cost reimbursement basis. All costs are subject to requirements from the U.S. Department of Transportation, State of Michigan, and the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning, as applicable. Submitted proposals are reviewed under standard criteria to determine best fit. All awarded agencies must be registered in the Michigan Grant System (MGX) and the Statewide Integrated Governmental Management Applications (SIGMA) to be able to receive funds.
