Applicants should apply for a project with the expectation the program is a loan program first and foremost.
Submittal of this form will assign a Water Infrastructure Funding and Financing Section (WIFFS) project manager to discuss the next steps in the planning process. Any questions regarding your project can be directed to WIFFS Staff.
