The leadership of Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA), The International Union of United Auto, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers (UAW), and the Ford Motor Company agree to construct a partnership based upon a common vision committed to providing employees a healthful and safe workplace and to demonstrate leadership, responsibility, and accountability in furthering worker health and safety at all Ford locations, thereby continuously reducing worker injuries and illnesses.
