Dr. Golzynski is passionate about assuring adults create environments where the children of Michigan can be their best, do their best, and attend school where they are safe, healthy, and ready to learn.  Diane grew up on a crop farm in Michigan’s thumb and is a proud graduate of Sandusky High School.  An avid Spartan, Dr. Golzynski earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics and PhD in Extension and Agriculture Education from MSU with an emphasis on distance and adult education.  She completed her master’s degree in food and nutrition and her dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Golzynski loves to run in her spare time while listening to audio books.  She can often be found adding extra miles as the book is too good to stop.
