The Nutrition Coordination (NC) Unit administers Michigan's Farm to Program work, the Meet Up and Eat Up Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), SUN Meals-To-Go, and SUN Bucks, USDA's Summer EBT program. In addition, the NC unit also works on internal MDE systems and fulfills data requests. NC staff work to monitor regulatory compliance and provide training and technical assistance for state and federal programs.
