Traffic Crash Purchasing System Migration

The Michigan State Police will be migrating from the current Traffic Crash Purchasing System (TCPS) to a new and improved purchasing system accessed through MiLogin. 

MiLogin is the centralized State of Michigan identity management solution that allows users to access many state services and systems online across multiple state agencies using a single user ID and password. 

Users who are new to MiLogin will need to create an account to access the new TCPS website. Instructions for creating a MiLogin account are provided below. 

Current MiLogin users will use their existing credentials to access TCPS once the new website goes live. Please note that individuals who created an account on the current TCPS website must create a new account in MiLogin. Usernames and passwords created for the current TCPS website will not transfer to MiLogin.
