Introduction
The purpose of this section is to help you understand what happens at an unemployment hearing. We'll also tell you how to prepare for the hearing, so you can make your best case to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). We hope that after you have reviewed this material, you will understand whom and what to bring to the hearing, what you must prove, and how to do so.
