The Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning (OHSP) has proudly hosted the Michigan Traffic Safety Summit for 28 years. During this event, the Governor's Traffic Safety Advisory Commission Traffic Safety Awards are awarded to those making a positive impact on traffic safety behaviors statewide.
To ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible experience, we are taking time in 2026 to prepare for a more engaging and impactful event and awards ceremony in 2027. While our team works internally to determine what this will look like, we will keep you informed once event details are available.
The OHSP will continue to be available to support our great state in the same manner as we always have. Our team can be reached at msp-ohsp-@michigan.gov. We look forward to hosting you again in 2027.
The OHSP is soliciting bids from qualified event planning or nonprofit agencies to complete event management for the Fiscal Year 2027 Michigan Traffic Safety Summit. The proposal is detailed in the below attachments. Bids are due to Ms. Katelyn Mullin at MullinK1@michigan.gov no later than January 30, 2026.
