About RSAT
The RSAT grant in Michigan funds prison and jail-based programming to assist in the reduction of substance use.
FY 2027 RSAT Application
The application opens September 1, 2026, and closes September 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The grant performance period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
NEW: RSAT applications will be accepted through the new Michigan Grants System (MGX).
The Michigan State Police, Grants and Community Services Division staff will be available to assist users with registering and accessing MGX during the below virtual office hours. If assistance is required, please email MSP-CJGrants@michigan.gov during the virtual office hour times and a staff member will respond to help walk through the process. Outside of office hours, please email MSP-CJGrants@michigan.gov and a staff member will respond as they are available.
RSAT MGX Office Hours
September 1-4, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
September 8-11, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
MGX users must have a MiLogin account through the State of Michigan.
- If you do not have a MiLogin account, please register here, and select Create Account.
- If you have a MiLogin account and/or your MiLogin account has been approved, you may request access to MGX by selecting Find Services, then Michigan State Police, and then MSP-GCSD-MGX.
