CVENT: CVENT is the conference app. The email you provide in PDLC will be used to grant you access to the app.

PDLC Information
New User: Once a user requests access to the PDLC via MiLogin, users will receive approval within 24-48 hours on weekdays and 72 hours during weekends and holidays. You will not have the ability to register for GLHSTCE until this has been approved.
Once approved in PDLC: Launch the PDLC application and wait 15 minutes before registering for GLHSTCE. If the user does not wait the15 minutes, they will get a PPC error.

General Information
Q: If I register for the conference, am I automatically registered for the preconference sessions?
A: No. Once you complete your general conference registration, you’ll be returned to the main registration page. From there, scroll down to view the Pre-Conference Sessions. You can then select and register for the session of your choice.
Q: How will I choose my Wednesday breakout conference sessions?
A: Sessions will be selected in the conference app, CVENT. The CVENT app will go live in April. An email announcement will be sent via GovDelivery once it is available.
Q: Where do I find lodging information?
A: To reserve lodging, please visit the lodging tab on the website. We have one conference block secured at the Amway Grand Plaza.
Q: What meals are provided at the conference?
A: Wednesday, May 6 - breakfast and lunch are provided. Thursday, May 7 - breakfast is provided.
Q: I registered and paid, but it states “not started” on the right under the conference. Does that mean I’m not registered?
A: “Not started” in PDLC simply means the conference date has not arrived.
Q: Why is my credit card not going through?
A: When making your first credit card payment through the new system, it will take 15 minutes from the time of clicking the “Registration” button. If you get an error, please wait 15 minutes and try again.
Q: How can I withdrawal from the conference?
A: In PDLC choose “View Your Transcript” locate the conference and click “View Training Details” dropdown and “Withdraw”.
Q: I registered for the conference, and it said there was no cost. Is this correct?
A: If the system shows a zero total, you may have registered for one of the preconference sessions. Make sure you select the session that is $400.
