Follow the instructions below to unzip the records after downloading them.
1. Locate the zipped file you want to unzip on your computer.
2. Follow the instructions below for your operating system:
- Double-click: Double-click the .zip file to open it and view its contents.
- Right-click and Extract All: Right-click the .zip file and select "Extract All...", then choose a location to save the extracted files.
- Double-click: Double-click the .zip file to automatically extract it.
- Right-click and Extract: Right-click the .zip file and select "Open With..." followed by "Archive Utility" (if it's not already the default).
- Open Files by Google: Open the Files app and navigate to the zipped file.
- Select and Extract: Select the .zip file and tap "Extract".
- Choose Destination: You can select where to save the extracted files, or the files will be saved in the same folder as the .zip file.
- Open the file: Tap the .zip file in your email, Files app, or other app that supports it.
- Extract the files: The files will be automatically extracted to your Files app.

The records remain available for 15 calendar days from the date of the email. If you wish to retain a copy of the records, download the records prior to the fifteenth day and keep them in a safe location. The link to your records cannot be extended or replicated.
