This information is required by the Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act, 1976 PA 399, as amended.
How to Renew Your Drinking Water Operator Certifications
Step 1: Fill Out the Drinking Water Online Certification Renewal Form
Fill out the application with your information. If there are continuing education credits (CECs) not already recorded on your account, please submit the certificate(s) of completion/attendance to EGLE-OTCU-Training@Michigan.gov. If all your earned CECs are reflected on your account, you do not need to submit additional CEC information. This form and its content are subject to the Freedom of Information Act and may be released to the public.
Step 2: Pay with Credit Card
After submitting, go to the payment website below and pay the renewal fee of $95.00 dollars. You do not need to submit a copy of your receipt.
