The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy’s (EGLE) Water Well Viewer (WWV), is an interactive mapping system that displays water wells along with other information, such as wellhead protection areas, underground storage tanks, and sites of environmental contamination. Water well locations have been identified by address matching, the use of global positioning systems (GPS), and by legal descriptions.
This system allows water well drilling and pump installation contractors to submit water well records.
EGLE's interactive calendar is designed to provide timely information on decisions before the Director, proposed settlements of contested cases, administrative rules promulgation, public hearings, meetings and comment deadlines, and environmental conferences, workshops and training programs.

The Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) requires that submittals use the appropriate form. Many of these forms are now only available electronically through RIDE. Submittals provided through regular mail, email, and other means without the required electronic submittal form in RIDE may not comply with the applicable regulatory requirements to be accepted by the department.
Several forms have been modified to support EGLE’s Risk Based Corrective Action (MIRBCA) program and other Part 201 program requirements. Details on the requirements associated with each type of form are provided below.

The following submittals for the Part 201 program must be submitted directly through RIDE. If the subject facility is not included on the current Inventory of Facilities, the ‘Facility Not Found’ feature can be used to provide the information. The pdf of the EQP form should not be included as part of the RIDE Attachment; the electronic submittal replaces the use of the pdf form.
The supplemental forms for the Part 201 program are listed below. Generally, these are provided as an attachment to the applicable RIDE submittal (e.g., Response Activity Plan, NFA). If the form is being provided without an accompanying submittal, you may use the Non-Form option for either an existing facility or the ‘Facility Not Found’ feature in RIDE.
EQP4483 – Request for Mixing Zone Based GSI Criteria - NOTE: This form should only be used to accompany a Response Activity Plan submittal for 201 facilities or a Supplemental Information Report for 213 facilities.
