Public Comment for In-Line Filtration Guidance Materials
October 15, 2024 to November 14, 2024, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) will be providing a 30-day period for public comments. During this time, EGLE welcomes your comment(s) on two in-line filtration guidance documents, one focusing on commercial kitchens, and one focusing on classrooms and other locations. Public feedback will help EGLE ensure all documents are user-friendly and helpful for schools and child care centers in establishing and maintaining compliance with the Filter First legislation.
