Our wastewater programs oversee the collection, treatment, and discharge of wastewater to protect public health and the environment. They ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as the Clean Water Act, through permitting, monitoring, and enforcement. The programs also support infrastructure improvements and provides technical assistance to local municipalities and utilities.
