Public comment period for Air Toxic Screening Levels
The comment period for a list of 6 chemicals starts July 15, 2026, and ends August 14, 2026.
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Air Quality Division (AQD) develops health-based air toxics screening levels to provide protection to the public when breathing the ambient (outdoor) air.
