Notice of hearing 04-2026 (Supervisor of Wells)
A hearing to consider the petition of ReefWorks, LLC for an order from the Supervisor of Wells approving a plan of unitization, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) operations, for the East Bay 15 Unit, in East Bay Twp., Grand Traverse County.
If the proposed action is contested by a party of interest, the meeting will be converted to a hearing, to be held at the same time and format, at which testimony and evidence will be presented.

Take note that if you wish to participate as a party in a hearing in this matter by presenting evidence or cross-examining witnesses, you shall deliver to the Petitioner and Supervisor, not less than five (5) business days before the meeting date, an answer to the petition in the manner set forth in R 324.1204(6).
The answer shall state with specificity the interested person’s position with regard to the petition.
Failure to prepare and serve an answer in a timely manner shall preclude you from presenting evidence or cross-examining witnesses at a hearing. If an answer to the petition is not filed, the Supervisor will enter an order based on the findings through an administrative meeting.
Hearing numbers
The causes are numbered consecutively followed by the year. The (M) prefix means it's a Mineral Well hearing, not an oil and gas well hearing.
