MiBrownfields Update-February 2026
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, along with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, is excited to host the MiBrownfields webinar series. These webinars are dedicated to keeping you updated on brownfield policies, programs, and implementation. They will also give you a chance to ask brownfield program staff questions or get clarification on the topics discussed.
This webinar will focus on what factors set up a project for success when seeking state brownfield incentives. EGLE, MEDC, and MSHDA will discuss how to take a brownfield redevelopment project from good to great. Agency updates will also be provided, including the status of 2026 EGLE brownfield funding.
