Air Toxics Screening Levels
The Air Quality Division (AQD) regulates sources of air pollution to help protect people’s health. As part of this work, AQD toxicologists develop health-based screening levels for toxic air contaminants (TACs). These screening levels may be used in the permitting process or as part of other regulatory requirements at a facility.
This session will give a high-level overview of what TACs are and what they are used for. Most of the webinar will focus on how to find TAC information in the MiEnviro Portal and how to comment on contaminants that are available for public review.
After registering, you will receive an email from "EGLE Outreach" with a link for you to use to join the webinar.
