Decarbonizing Michigan's Industrial Sector: Part 5
This session will provide an overview from EGLE staff on the active programs that help Michigan industry improve energy efficiency and advance industrial decarbonization.
Speakers will walk through:
- what each program funds,
- who is eligible, and
- how facilities and their partners can access support.
Panelists will connect these programs to the state's broader goals under the MI Healthy Climate Plan:
- strengthening the long-term competitiveness of Michigan industry,
- reducing air pollution in communities across the state, and
- meeting Michigan's targets of a 52% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050.
Attendees will leave with a clear picture of the tools available to support this work and how to put them to use.
