Healthcare Services Online Reporting

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, State of Michigan’s Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency will launch a new interface, utilizing MiLogin, for the Health Care Services (HCS) Online Reporting System. In preparation, the HCS Online Reporting System will be unavailable February 9th and February 10th.

ACTION NEEDED: Create MiLogin Account

1. Go to the MiLogin webpage.
2. Click on the "Create an Account" button and walk through the process of creating a new account.
3. You will need to create your profile using the email address on file with the Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency and work phone number during the sign-up process.
   • This email is what will determine your access level when you sign-in once the new HCS Online Reporting System interface is live.
4. Your email address and work phone number will be verified by sending a One Time Password (OTP) to each.
5. You will have to enter the OTP numbers during the sign-up process, so please make sure you have access to the email address and are able to receive a voice call to the work phone.

*You may optionally add and verify a mobile phone number during the sign-up process for enhanced account security. OTP numbers can be sent via text message or voice call for mobile phone verification.
