Healthcare Services Online Reporting

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, State of Michigan’s Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency launched a new interface, utilizing MiLogin, for the Health Care Services (HCS) Online Reporting System.  

If you have any questions accessing MiLogin, please contact Michigan.gov website support center at 1-877-932-6424. Select Option #5.

If you have any questions with HCS Online Reporting System, please contact us at wca-hcs@michigan.gov.

Step #1: Create MiLogin Account

  1. Go to the MiLogin webpage.
  2. Click on the "Create an Account" button and walk through the process of creating a new account.
  3. You will need to create your profile using the email address on file with the Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency and work phone number during the sign-up process. *
  • This email is what will determine your access level when you sign into the HCS Online Reporting System.
  1. Your email address and work phone number will be verified by sending a One Time Password (OTP) to each.
  2. You will have to enter the OTP numbers during the sign-up process, so please make sure you have access to the email address and are able to receive a voice call to the work phone.

*You may optionally add and verify a mobile phone number during the sign-up process for enhanced account security. OTP numbers can be sent via text message or voice call for mobile phone verification.

Step #2: Add HCS Online Reporting System to MiLogin Profile

  1. Go to the MiLogin webpage
  2. Sign in to MiLogin
  3. Click on the "Find Services" link in the “Discover Online Services” area of the page
  4. Type WDCA Health Care Services in the Search field
  5. Click the Search button
  6. Select WDCA Health Care Services in the Search Results
  7. Check the box by “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”
  8. Click Request Service
  9. The page displays a pending message while access is granted. This is an auto approval process and typically takes 5 minutes or less. The system will direct you to a new page where, once launched, you can close the terms and conditions page.
  10. Once approved you will receive an email notification, you can then refresh your MiLogin screen and access the HCS Online Reporting System.
